Plunger cutters ,this cutters and plungers are use to produce veined and detaild cutouts from fondant or gum paste. Roll out the fondant or gum paste, use the plunger cutters to cut out and imprint the leaf shape with the plunger cutters and then press out the leaf with the plunger cutters onto the surface to be decorated.
